Vegetables are the healthiest food group that's why the portion of it is so big. Dairy is the unhealthiest food group that's why the portion is so little. You cannot live without protein. So eat protein because I don't think you want to DIE. You cannot have as much grains as you want because you could DIE again. Each food group is so important because you could die without having them. If you don't eat protein like I said then you'll die. Without vegetables you wouldn't be healthy. Same with Fruit. Protein gives you energy.
